Overview

MTP® stands for Multi-fiber Termination Push-on, a branded version of the MPO (Multi-fiber Push-On) connector developed by US Conec. It is engineered for high-density, high-speed fiber optic networks, supporting 12 to 32 fibers per connector and enabling 40G, 100G, and 400G parallel optical transmission . MTP® connectors comply with international standards IEC-61754-5 and American standards TIA-604-5, ensuring compatibility with MPO connectors while offering enhanced optical and mechanical performance .

MT Ferrule Technology
