Step-by-Step Procedure

1. Prepare the Fiber Cables Strip the outer jacket of the fiber optic cable and remove any shielding or armor to expose the loose tubes. Clean the fibers using lint-free wipes and isopropyl alcohol to remove dust and contaminants. Leave sufficient slack (typically 2–3 meters) for routing and splicing inside the splice box and ODF . 2. Install the Splice Box Mount the fiber optic splice box securely at the designated location. Insert the prepared cable into the entry port and secure it with strain relief clamps. If sealing rings are provided, use them to ensure a moisture-tight installation . 3. Splice the Fibers Inside the splice box, organize the fibers in splice trays.
